We warmly invite you to join us for prayer at the synagogue, which is a 15-minute walk from Chabad House, within the Izu's Please complex (At the bottom of the page you can find a link to the location on Google Maps).

We hold regular minyanim for Shabbat prayers and invite you to join us.

Shabbat Prayer Times

Friday

• Candle Lighting Time: Mincha Prayer
• 18:00 Kabbalat Shabbat
• The Shabbat meal takes place at Chabad House, a 15-minute walk away. After the prayer, we will go together as a group to Chabad House.

Saturday

• 08:30 Chassidus Lesson (Tanya)
• 09:30 Shacharit Prayer
• The Shabbat meal takes place at Chabad House, a 15-minute walk away. After the prayer, we will go together as a group to Chabad House.

17:20 Mincha Prayer
We will sit together and sing for the third meal (Seuda Shlishit)

Sefer Torah

Our synagogue currently has two Torah scrolls in use, but unfortunately, their condition is not ideal, and they are considered kosher only under pressing circumstances.

We are now running a fundraising campaign to acquire a new, fully kosher, and beautifully written Torah scroll.

We usually hold minyanim for prayer only on Shabbat and holidays. During peak travel times, such as January or August, we are sometimes able to organize weekday minyanim as well. For this purpose, we created a WhatsApp group where travelers can notify us of their arrival in advance and coordinate minyanim together.

Tevet–Shevat Months

During these two months, we are making efforts to organize weekday minyanim:

Shacharit: 8:00 AM

Mincha: 1:00 PM

Ma’ariv: 7:00 PM

These times were chosen to suit the majority, but there is no guarantee that a minyan will take place.
