Crocodile River at Tarcoles River

Tarcoles River, located about a 30-minute drive south of Jaco, offers two options for viewing crocodiles:

Free Viewing from Tarcoles Bridge
The bridge over the Tarcoles River, known as the "Crocodile Bridge," is an excellent spot to stop and marvel at the large crocodiles basking below. You can park your car in the parking area near the bridge, where you'll also find souvenir shops and cafes. Viewing the crocodiles from the bridge is free, and you can see them from both sides of the bridge.
